Our Story
The Eden CLHF is a Congregate Living Health Facility in Long Beach, CA. Our facility provides inpatient care from basic services such as medical supervision, 24-hour skilled nursing and supportive care, pharmacy, dietary, social, recreational to a more specialized care for persons who are mentally alert but physically disabled and maybe ventilator dependent.Â
Our CLHF provides exceptional nursing care on a recurring intermittent, extended or continuous basis. We provide a higher level of care than a skilled nursing facility.

Our Mission is to provide exceptional care for the mentally alert and physically disabled residents and maintain a safe environment that feels just like home.
